Chilmark Enchantment with Pool is a 7 acre estate with beautifully landscaped grounds with lush gardens, a wonderful pool with lounging deck, entertainment barn and shower next to the pool, a private tennis court, and a pond.
The residence has two floors, on the first of which are the living room, formal dining room, large eat-in kitchen, powder room, conservatory off the kitchen, master bedroom suite with private bathroom (jacuzzi and shower). On the second floor are 3 bedrooms (queen, double, and twins) and 1 full recently renovated bathroom. Although there are only 2 full bathrooms there are 3 outdoor showers!
Restrictions: Single-family use only. The weekly rent includes twice weekly cleaning and laundry, trash removal, all utilities with exception of long distance phone and fax charges; and a $100/per week credit for propane to heat the pool. A caretaker for the property resides in the guest cottage.
