This one bedroom plus cottage is nestled next to the rolling pastures of the Allen Farm Sheep and Wool Company, so, yes, you can hear the sheep baaing when they are grazing on the north side of the farm and the crashing ocean surf in the background. The cottage is a mile's distance to the incredible Lucy Vincent ocean beach. The cottage is tucked away on 2.5 acres and surrounded by open space awarding a lot of privacy.
The cottage is ideal for a couple or small family of one or two children. There is a small bedroom upstairs with queen bed and off the loft entrance to the bedroom is a mate's bed for one person. The full bathroom with shower (no tub) is on the first floor. However, there is a nice enclosed outdoor shower. There is some heat, a gas stove, cable TV, DVD, WiFi, microwave, and refrigerator, but no dishwasher. The washer and dryer are in the basement accessed via the bulkhead.
