The Tower House, as it is known because of the design, is located on James Pond off Lambert's Cove Road and offers beautiful pastoral views over meadowland, James Pond and across the barrier beach and Vineyard Sound. The property comes with semi-private beach access via a footpath along James Pond crossing in front of abutting property and over the dune to the beach west of the Lambert's Cove Beach. Tower House is a modern 70s summer beach cottage, designed and furnished simply but comfortably. There is an outdoor shower (semi-enclosed) and a nice large deck with plenty of deck furniture. The sunsets from this location are awesome! |
