The creation of this compound is a work of art, and indeed was formerly the home and studio of one of the Island's most renowned artists. The current owner has maintained the artistic flair of the property. The main house, formerly an art studio, is fun. A Great Room encompasses dining, living and kitchen into one. A spiral staircase in the Great Room winds up to the second story master bedroom suite with full bathroom. A family room is off the first floor hallway, and a laundry/mudroom as well.
Now, off to the dorm, a separate building next to the main house, where teenagers or guests have their own bedrooms and bathroom. There are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom in the dorm.
That is not all! It is likely that the owners will be able to include the guest suite over the garage which will add an additional bedroom and bathroom for those who really want to be separated from the others.
This is a fun compound in the inner countryside of West Tisbury, which allows access to the Lambert's Cove Beach for swimming and sunbathing.
