The Guest Suite over the Garage with Bedroom and en suite Bathroom

   The outside terrace for dining and lounging and watching the boats go by.

  This first floor bedroom has a full bathroom off the hallway next to it.  The beds are twin but are put together here to create a king-size bed.

   Two twin bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the second floor are at the opposite end of the balcony, away from the master bedroom.

   Enjoy beautiful waterviews of the outer harbor from this beautiful residence.

  The Master Bedroom Bathroom has a separate shower stall as well as the soaker tub.

   You will think you are in the pilot house of a yacht in this master bedroom with the series of windows in the curved wall facing the water.  The bed is king size and there is a large walk in closet between the bedroom and its master bathroom.

   What a fabulous kitchen for the cook!

   A sunroom off the living room provides additional sitting room for reading or chatting it up with friends.

   This terrific family room is off the kitchen and has a fireplace and flat screen and small table for dining or playing cards.
