This charming shingled saltbox style residence has 2 floors, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The first floor has an open floor design for kitchen, dining and a living room with soaring brick fireplace that goes up through a balcony, a master bedroom with queen-size bed and 2 closets and a full bathroom (with tub/shower combination) off the hallway opposite the master bedroom. The kitchen has a new electric stove and new dishwasher (as of 2017), a refrigerator, new microwave, toaster, coffee maker, teapot. The deck has 2 lounge chairs and outdoor dining tables and chairs, and gas grill. On the second floor are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, and a full bathroom with shower stall off hallway loft. The spacious walk-out basement houses the washer and dryer, beach chairs, and beach umbrella.
All bed and bath linens plus beach towels are included. The house is meticulously clean and tidy. There is a window A/C in each of the 3 bedrooms, a flat screen TV in living room, and Wifi.
There is flexibility with arrival and departure dates, which do not have to be on the weekend when it can be difficult to acquire ferry reservations for a car. Will rent for 3 days minimum April, May and June, September and October 2018. Inquire for off-season rates.
The property is located in a year-round neighborhood not too far from town center.
