This charming cottage abuts and overlooks the Sheriff's Meadow conservation land, awarding it more privacy than most in-town properties, and yet is walking distance to the village center of Edgartown. There's even a view from the second floor bedroom.
The interior layout offers two bedrooms and a full bathroom on each floor (the second floor bathroom is a clawfoot tub only without a shower -- a good place for an aromatherapy soak!). The first floor has a living room with fireplace and dining area; the kitchen has everything you need including a small breakfast table. There's a small family room on the first floor too. However, you'll probably want to spend most of your time on the deck breathing in the sea air and barbecuing on the gas grill.
